Admission and preparation
We want to make the inpatient admissions process as uncomplicated and comfortable as possible for our patients. Our staff are happy to answer any questions and accompany our patients during preparation and throughout the admission procedure.
How to register
To register at the Neurological Rehabilitation Centre Godeshöhe, the following forms should be completed and sent to the corresponding fax number.
- Registration form/epicrisis (in German) or AHB-registration form (in German)
- Barthel-form (in German)
- Registration form acute early rehabilitation (in German)
- Questionnaire / self-disclosure on SARS-CoV-2
The application for cost coverage should be faxed to the relevant health insurance fund/insurance company at the same time as these registration documents.
Short-term admission can be offered upon presentation of a written confirmation of costs.

We help you with your arrival
The reception staff are the first point of contact on arrival and are happy to provide information in response to any questions. Of course, they are also on hand to help patients in need of assistance, who are accompanied by a patient transport service. Wheelchair and luggage assistance is available in the entrance area - the reception staff are also happy to help.
