In the Bonn/Rhein-Sieg region, about 5000 people are newly diagnosed with cancer or a malignant blood disease every year.

To ensure optimal medical care, specialists in oncology must work hand in hand within the outpatient and inpatient areas. This close cooperation is necessary if the treatment goal is to cure the cancer, and in particular if the goal is to optimise quality of life (palliative care).

In order to achieve these goals in the best way, all professional groups involved must work closely together. This is ensured by our "Oncology Centre Bonn/ Rhein-Sieg and Partners" group, certified by the German Cancer Society since January 2011.

Here, outpatient and inpatient treatment is provided for almost all cancer and blood diseases using a network of qualified and certified partners. We carry out diagnostics and treatment close to home and in a timely manner.
